Do I need an API integration to accept payments with BigWPay and use Cashier?
No. You can start accepting payments without an API integration. All you need is
the Payment link (also called one-click payments). This is enough for a quick
start, and may even be enough for merchants who do not have much volume. If you
process a bigger volume of transactions then an API is the solution for more
functionality and convenience.
What is Dynamic Transaction Routing?
Dynamic transaction routing is one of the most impactful tools of the BigWPay
Cashier. Once a transaction is declined, it is automatically redirected and
rerouted until it goes through. Over time, the system “learns” where to send the
transaction in order to have the highest approval rate possible. By doing so,
conversions rise immediately and merchants are no longer stressed about failed
payments.
What is the Settlement Calendar?
Online payments can be a headache if not planned accordingly. With the
Settlement Calendar you get an overview of what’s to come in the format that
suits you best. Set to a weekly or monthly view, the Settlement calendar allows
for transparency, organization, management and detailed reporting of your
payment obligations.

Yes. Our payment gateway software (Cashier) allows you to manage multiple brands
using the same interface. So, if, for example, you are running a few online
stores, you can manage them from the same account, without logging in and out
all the time. This empowers you to customize your reporting and analytics, so
you can easily compare the performance of your brands by having everything you
need in the same place.
Can I get reports of my declined transactions?
Yes. Our top-of-the-range reporting system allows you to have insights into any
and every part of your payments process, allowing you to better understand the
nature of your clients and their transaction behaviour.
Do you provide POS devices?
No, we don’t.
